- Some champions have so little skill that they serve best as fodder in creating other, stronger champions.
- Other champions are so far outpaced by more brilliant alternative champions that they become more valuable sacrificing themselves to improve others than as a team member in their own right.
- Whilst others refer to them as "food" let's view them as fodder as in the historical sense of cannon fodder.
Commons & Uncommon Fodder[]
- All Common Champions & most Uncommon Champion's can be considered fodder from the start. Those few that have some utility early game are detailed on the Keepers page.
Rare Fodder[]
- A lot of Rare Champions should be considered for fodder once one has staffed their Faction Wars teams.
- Remember that using duplicates to freely book useful rares is an option.
- Also using them in pairs as Faction Guardians is an option
- Farmable Champions make it it much easier to fully book them without expending any tomes to do so.
- Check the Max Candidates list for Champions that really need to be considered for development to Level 60. If the champion in question isn't on it and is spending all their time in the vault, perhaps they should be considered "Fodder adjacent."
- Any Rare champions that don'y have a venue rating of 4 in at least one area should most likely be considered fodder
